Disney and Pixar make a splash at the Annecy Animation Festival, with sneak peeks at ‘Toy Story 5’ and ‘Zootopia’ and a new movie.

Anissi, France – Walt Disney and Pixar Movie Studios gave people at the Annecy Festival for Animation to talk about it.

First, the festivals pioneers got a peek at the “Zootopia 2”, which will come to theaters in November. The film displays the characters of Judy Hop (Voice of Jennifer Godwin), Nick Wilde (Jason Batman’s voice), Mr. Beige (Maurice Lamarsh’s voice), new characters Gary Disnik (Koy Hui Kwan’s voice), and Nibbles (Fortune VIMESTER) (Forsby) (Voice of Quinta Bronson). It was also announced that the French actor Jean Renault has a hijab as an officer in the Zotopia Police Department.

Betty Derter, the chief creative official of Pixar, presented a look at many films in the calendar, including “Toy Story 5”, which will come to theaters next summer. He emphasized that Joan Kosak will return as Jisi and hit some exciting new characters.

Docter also gave the fans a look at “Hoppers”, which will be in theaters in March 2026. This film includes the voices of John Ham and Bobby of Mounehan.

A new Pixar was announced entitled “Gatto”, which is about a black cat called Nero, which lives in Venice, Italy. The summary of the film says: “A debtor of a local president, Nero finds himself in trouble and is forced to Togmorg is a really unexpected friend who leads him in Venice, which is unprecedented in Venice,” says summary of the film. “Gatto” is scheduled to be launched in the summer, 2027.
