Detour planned on Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail for I-35 expansion project

According to PreservationWhich runs the Hike and Bike Trail track, the Capital Express Central Project will affect the central department under the I-35 bridge in East Avenue, located on the northern beach of the lake, for approximately eight years.
