In 2025, the city witnessed only 0.3 % revenue, less than the expected 3.6 % estimate to shorter than the previous 5 % growth before 2024.

Some steps include to increase revenue for the new National Football League Stadium for Women and the Western National Center and increase the city center reinvestment.

The city will also freeze employment until mid -September.

In 2026, some measures on the table “to achieve budget rights” include the demobilization of workers, in addition to canceling the program and unifying the department.
