Denver food truck owner ready to see more industry growth following new law

Denver (KDVR) – Indian food describes a modern development: This is how Chef Charles Mane describes the mind behind Mile Hai Tika Express, which brings it to the streets of Denver.

Mane said: “My philosophy of cooking is that I brought good food and street foods to eat good food. This is how I had my restaurant to sit, and now I try to bring the same good food to the streets.”

Feeding people during the mobility is his passion, and it is now easier after Governor Jared Police signed the “Food Truck Operations Law” in the law, which reduces the licensing process. It reduces the additional paper works of things like fire safety – require food truck operators to have only one license in all areas of operation.

Mane says he interacts with clients and made food how they want, which raised his food truck a year and a half ago.

Mane said: “I went out here and faces a different kind of people and will get a different kind of opinion and our functions is to provide what people want to eat exactly.”

Mane says he hopes this will lead to further growth in this industry.

Mane said: “In a very short period of time, I created a lot of friends. People get to know each other by name and we support each other,” Mane said.

The draft law has gone through several rounds of readings and amendments before lasting earlier this month and obtaining the signature of the ruler. Police was weighed on the signing of the bill, saying:

“I am excited because we make it easy for food trucks to provide delicious food in different cities and towns throughout the state. By getting rid of unnecessary regulations, talented chefs in Colorado can bring more delicious foods to your community.”
