Denver could break this heat record on Thursday

Denver (KDVR)-The weather will be hot in Denver on Thursday with temperatures approaching 100 degrees and heading towards standard heat.

Thursday is the day of alerting weather for hot temperatures, which already closed some schools and put early releases for others in the region. With an expected height of 98 degrees, Denver can reach the highest new daily level.

Denver broke the heat records held for more than 50 years, but the most important August 21 was set in history in only 2023, when temperatures reached 99 degrees. However, this may change on Thursday.
