It is unclear why the officers initially approached the demonstrators, but the situation quickly moved to a violent material struggle as many people, including two women, were transferred to the ground where a man was withdrawn from the group and many officers were separated.

Another man looked in a white shirt with a backpack, as if he was screaming at the officers to stop, prompting one of the armed officers what it seemed to be a less lethal fire weapon lifting the weapon in the direction of the man.

As the confrontation continues, the man can initially see the street struggling with the agents, and he finally ended on the ground with three officers over him.

One of the demonstrators was arrested by the officers of the Ministry of National Security, as he tried to escape from the scene.

The witness claimed that federal officials crossed the street without provocation, adding that an official later said that one of the men had been targeted for permanent graffiti, although these details have not been confirmed yet by federal officials.

It is unclear whether any arrests have been made.
