DDG CITES HALLE BAILEY’S MENTAL HEALTH IN BID FOR SOLE CUSTODY OF SON

DDG has filed an emergency motion requesting that Halle Bailey be blocked from traveling internationally with their infant son, Halo.

In the filing, DDG claims the trip could pose an “imminent emotional and psychological risk” to the child and raises concerns about Halle’s mental well-being.

According to court documents, DDG says Halle is not in a stable enough state to care for herself or their son. He describes an incident during her pregnancy where she allegedly left the house with his gun without informing him. He says he later found her outside, holding the weapon.

DDG also claims Halle considered terminating her pregnancy without his knowledge but later changed her mind. He adds that, two months after Halo’s birth, she allegedly sent a series of troubling text messages that included threats of self-harm and concerns about the baby’s safety.

This filing comes amid ongoing legal conflict between the former couple. Halle previously accused DDG of abuse, including an alleged incident where she said he slammed her head into a steering wheel and chipped her tooth.

In response, DDG provides a different account. He says that when he arrived to pick up Halo for a scheduled visit, Halle unexpectedly entered his car and became upset while discussing a co-parenting plan. He alleges she tried to hit him from the backseat and accidentally hit her head on the steering wheel during the altercation.

DDG also says he was physically harmed by Halle and included a photo in court of a cut on his hand, which he claims she caused.

As part of the emergency request, DDG is asking the judge to prevent Halle from taking their son to Italy. He is also seeking sole legal and physical custody. If sole custody is not granted, he is requesting that all custody exchanges be handled by a neutral third party.
