KDVR – The eighteenth Judicial Prosecutor’s Office of Fox31 said on Friday that they are planning to “drop the charges” against a man to an alleged kidnapping attempt in 2024.
Suleiman Galligan, 33, was charged in April 2024 on charges of one of the kidnapping attempt, after he tried to get a 11 -year -old boy during the holiday at Black Forest Hills Elementary School.
Previously, the URORA police told Fox31 that Galigan is the perpetrator of sexual crimes, whose record is linked to the Boeplo Provincial Office.
After the arrest, Galligan passed the efficiency evaluation, as it was found later efficiently.
Da’s office stated that they are “planning to drop the fees against the defendant, which is required by law when it is not mentally found for trial.”
After the accident, the parents of the students at the Aurora Primary School wrote a letter of 10 pages and asked for this to the leaders of Cherry Creek, and called for an independent investigation into the school’s response when the alleged crime occurred.
The Chery Kreik School area held an investigation, leading to a change in leadership and additional security measures for the primary school.
