Aurora, Colorado (KDVR) – Crime fans continued to mobilize Gailord from Rocky this weekend, and on Saturday, the attendees took a deeper diving in the Colorado case.
The highlight of the investigation and the trial of James Craig, a former Aurora dentist who was convicted in July of his wife’s poisoning and sentenced to life imprisonment.
Lawyer 23 in the province, George Brookler, who was not part of the trial but knew the case well, sat with PodCaster to talk about the case.
“This man must be the top, the most evil, and the calculation of the murderer that I have ever faced for what he did and for those who did that,” said Brookler.
Join the podcast for 48 hours, hosted by Natalie Morales and Ann Marie Green, who previously covered the case in their presentation.
Brookler says there was to shed light on the things that others had missed.
“All the other details. The things that flowed inside and outside the decision -making, planning, preparation and implementation frankly what happened after the implementation of the plan,” he said.
Brookler said that the huge crowds in Crimecon showed him the extent of investing people in the work in which many others participate.
“What you do not really appreciate until you reach an event like this is how these fans invest in the desire to become part of this type of real debate that is taking place,” said Brookler.
He said he was surprised by the extent of people’s interest in the crime, specifically the cases he worked on.
Brookler said: “I mean, there are things they bring to me that I did not remember,” Brookler said.
Regarding the case of James Craig, Brookler said he was not surprised that he had attracted a lot of attention.
“In order to share it in this way in which he did, I think this is why he is very cool,” said Brookler.
Brauchler says he is grateful that people are participating in discussions about real crime and use it as a motive in his daily work.
“The fact that there are many people who invested in this process and the surrounding facts, it is modest but also inspiring,” said Broshler. “You want to make sure you do a good job.”
Crimecon will happen again on Sunday, and for the attendees, they can see Arenas Fox31 in Vicente there, where a committee is supervised by the Gabby Peeto case, which the authorities said was suffocated by Brian Lundri during a trip across the country in 2021.
