KDVR – The Colorado State patrol was achieved after one of the infantry was exposed by multiple vehicles early Sunday morning on a highway in the Delta Province.
Delta County 911 received calls before 5 am from a corpse on the side of the United States 50 near the Star Nelson road outside the Delta, according to the Facebook post from the Delta Sharif County Office. The deputies and the Delta police officers responded and found the body, then closed the road.
The Colorado State patrol received a few minutes later after five in the morning, a call from a driver who said he might have hit a person.
According to CSP in a press release, the person has multiple vehicles, two drivers have moved forward and cooperated with investigators. Evidence at the scene indicates that an additional suspicious vehicle can also be involved.
CSP said it is expected to close the veils to the west on the highway until about 1 or 2 pm on Sunday.
