Crowds gather for immigrant rights protest at Colorado Capitol

Denver (KDVR) – A large crowd gathered outside the Capitol building in Colorado on Tuesday evening, called for the rights of migrants and declaring solidarity with the demonstrators in Los Angeles.

The Colorado Immigrant Rights Alliance was asking people to mobilize and stand with the demonstrators in Los Angeles.

Early on Tuesday evening, there was a crowd of people lining up on the sidewalks outside the Capitol carrying anti -immigration and customs enforcement posters. The vehicles were lighting the centuries as they traveled.

A circus asked people to join the “emergency solidarity protest” starting at 5:30 pm

This is the second protest of combating ice in Colorado in two days.

In a press release, the group said, “People are not retreating.”

The group said it wanted to show support for people in California to protest the immigrant raids there. It is not clear that the number of people will attend the protest in Denver.

The Denver Police Department said it was aware of the protest and that “safety is the utmost priority.”

The Ministry of Internal Security said in social media positions that the protests in Los Angeles “are not a peaceful protest.”

The Ministry of National Security also said that what was happening in Los Angeles was “violent riots” and that “the system will be restored.”

Another in the Ministry of National Security said, “The application of federal law works to protect and protect American citizens from illegal foreigners.”
