Archuleta Province, Colorado (KDVR) – tore the oak fire through an acre of land in the province of Archuleta this week, which destroyed almost everything on one drug except for the house itself.
Jonathan Alford told Fox31 that he was in Pagosa Springs when the fire invaded his land, where he scored four external buildings and destroyed tens of thousands of carpentry tools and equipment on which he relies on to work.
Alford said: “I jumped on the quadruple wheels of her eyes … totally mired trees. I saw my house-and what did my heart did well-but the store was hell.”
One of the little rest came later in that evening, when his cat, who escaped during the fire, came home safely.
In the days after that, Alford said that friends, neighbors and even strangers have continued to provide assistance, bringing supplies and donating the GoFundme campaign aimed at replacing what he lost.
“This is the bright side of the humanity that I saw – people are moving forward with all kinds of support,” he said.
Alford also strengthened firefighters and air teams with his house, including a drop of 737, which was afflicted by the annoying flame of his door.
The Archletta Sharif Provincial Office confirmed that the fire is being investigated as an illegal burning. Investigators are still working to determine the official.
the Gofundme campaign is still active For people who want to support the Alvord family.
