Community mourns death of unidentified child found by Panorama City dumpsters

Community members met Saturday evening to mourning the death of an unidentified child, his little body was found either in or near a group of garbage in the city of Panorama.

The Los Angeles Police Administration confirmed to KTLA on Saturday morning that a call came to the station at about 7 am, and a deceased boy who was found in a deserted car park was reported on the 8200 Van Nuys Boulevard bloc.

Details are limited, but LAPD estimated that the boy was between 3 and 5 years old. No other identification factors were submitted immediately, but investigators were seen talking to business owners and residents close to trying to know when the boy was brought to the site.

People who are going through the active crime scene expressed their concerns from Rachel Minitov from KTLA, including Daniel Garcia, residing in the city of Panorama. “They found 3-4 years old by garbage,” Garcia said. “What I am trying to discover, they close these gates, so who will get there?”

Lapd Meghan Aguilar also spoke with KTLA in the investigation scene on Saturday, saying it was not yet clear how the boy died.

“They are trying to collect the pieces to really understand them when this happened and from there knowledge of what is responsible for this,” Aguar said.

Aguilar also said that the unit of the assaulted children take the initiative and search for one or perhaps many suspects.

“I will tell you, this may be a natural death. This may be due to ill -treatment,” Agilar said. “We do not know at this stage. They will not touch this body until the investigators reach, then the responsibility of the investigator becomes in determining the cause of death.”

While the obsessed investigation is still ongoing, the public gathered to keep the unknown boy in that evening. Some were seen brought flowers to pay their respect for the child, although he did not know personally.

“It is heavily overwhelmed by the heart, because it is from 3 to 4 years, it is very innocent,” said Curie Watskins. “They do not necessarily know what is going on, and they are looking for adults for protection.”

Christian Sanchez, the other resident, Christian Sanchez, said his family owns the Nub Hill banquet and the conference center, which is two games away from the crime scene. Ktla told that the child was ignored in the same place where they get rid of the trash.

Sanchez said, “I am a father.” “4 years, I cannot even imagine the pain that the little child has gone through. Can you imagine?”

LAPD investigators have said that they are hiding a lot of information to help conduct interviews with witnesses and interrogation in the end of the suspect, but recently, there has been no word about the whereabouts of the parents.
