Colorado resident knocked out of 'MasterChef' in finals

Denver (KDVR) – A resident of Colorado was part of only three teams to reach the end of the season “MasterChef: Dynamic Duos”, which was broadcast on Wednesday evening.

“MasterChef” is one of the many series created by Gordon Ramsay globally over the years. It stimulates the ambitious chefs against each other in the challenges and competitions that involve the form of cooking, which are judged by a committee. With each passing episode, chefs – or in this case, are eliminated by judges.

Usually this series is individual chefs competing, but for the fifteenth season of the exhibition, the team’s effort was to succeed in “MasterChef Dynamic Duos”.

It was one of the teams that competed this year from the cousin Tina Dong from Fountain Valley, California, Ivan Tran from Verblay, Colorado.

Dong Wattran was one of 10 teams to confront “MasterChef” this season.

A week after week, episode after the episode, the duo continued to close its place in the show through the challenges, and after a long season of hard work and drama and being a subject from time to time the famous Ramsey – made it Duong and Tran along the way to the end.

The three final teams included:

  • Tina Dong and Ivan Tran
  • Jessica Busworth and Jesse Rosenwald
  • Rachel Sanchez and Julio Figuero

For the final competition, the teams were assigned to create a meal of three phases consisting of an appetizer, main and candy of the Judges Committee, which included:

  • Gordon Ramsay: British chef, Michelin star, who runs the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in London with the highest three -star Michelin rating for 22 years. He has many Michelin star restaurants in different locations all over the world.
  • Joe Bastantich: The head of the American chef Michelin, who got stars in his Babbo and Del Posto restaurants in New York. He was a long time cooperative with Ramsay and was a judge for “MasterChef” and “MasterChef: Junior”.
  • Tiffany Derry: James James, nominated by the beard, who competed for “Top Chef” and works at Wiz Restaurant in Texas, with restaurants based on southern and Italian cuisine. She has also contributed to the creation of healthy meals for school children in her original state.

The teams had to create dishes about their personal thing. Use Duong and Tran their Vietnamese roots as an inspiration for their food. Bosworth and Rosenwald made a poem for their home in New England, Sanchez and Figuoredo praised immigration.

Doong Water Oran dishes consist of:

Appetite

Vietnamese shrimp salad with crunchy leeks and garlic hot pepper.

main course

Crime salmon with lemon hot pepper sauce, garlic rice and bok choy.

sweet

Mango Mousse with almond crumbs, Sesame-Ginger Tuile and Yuzu Sorbet.

The duo put a great battle, as it offered exceptional cooking skills throughout the season, but unfortunately, she failed to shorten, and lost a prize of $ 250,000 in beautiful margins.

The winning duo was the Bosworth and Rosenwald team.
