Denver (KDVR) – A car crashed through a full garage for a house in the 1100 -Drive building in Northhevin on Tuesday night, ending in a pile of bricks and debris in the backyard.
The Northglenn Fox31 police administration told that they had responded to the call after 8 pm directly, and they said no one was transferred from the scene due to injuries, but that person was detained.
Greg Nieto from Fox31 arrived at the scene after 9 pm and I think the car concerned had been removed, but it was still in the backyard of the house.
Mike, the owner of the house, told Nito that he was out of dinner, and called another person inside the house to report a car across the garage. Mike Lieteo said that a family member inside the house was fine.
“From the backyard, there is a lot of debris, and a car in the backyard. The car went throughout the road through the brick wall and along the way,” said Mike. “We are real happy that no one has been injured, and we hope that the man concerned will be injured. We do not want anyone to be hurt at all.”
North Metro Fire Resue also responded to the scene and told Fox31 that people should not stay at home until the building can be secured.
The car was removed at about 10 pm
This is not the first time that a car has ended in this house – homeowners told Nito that the brick wall was built after another car crashed in the house years ago. The house is at the intersection of two residential streets.
