(Krona) – The Callistoga Police Administration announced on Thursday that it had arrested a man suspected of kidnapping a woman on Wednesday morning.
CPD said the suspect was identified as Thomas Howard Phillips, 60, from Bot County. It was claimed that Philips made a woman in the stomach and then forced her to enter the 1800 Lincoln Street at 11:50 am
“Callistoga officers managed to identify the last area of Botti County, where the suspect’s phone showed it,” Calistoga police said in a press statement. “Using this information, the deputies in that area were north of the city of Urville when they saw the suspected car at about 2:30 pm. They stopped traffic and took the suspect without an accident.”
The woman was safe in the car, according to the police. Police said they were conducting an interview with the victim and suspected of obtaining more insight in the case.
The Calistoga Police Administration said that Philips face many charges, including the attack on a deadly weapon, kidnapping and false prison.
