Burglary suspects target homes in Hollywood Hills, San Fernando Valley

Homeowners said they were tired after many robberies were reported in the Hollywood Hills areas and the San Fernando Valley regions overnight, with some residents who decided to take matters with their hands.

Early on Saturday morning, the thief stormed a house in Hollywood Hills, but one of the armed residents faced him with a pistol.

James Marzolo, a Hollywood Hills resident, said that his neighbors are strengthening security measures in their homes while they are also employing special security for patrols in their neighborhood.

He said that the increase in the reported robberies had left many neighbors afraid of their safety.

“We are proud of our city and it has turned upside down,” Marzolo told KTLA from Jennifer McGu. “I don’t feel that there is enough police forces, especially when the hills enter.”

The second robbery was reported at the Van Nuys house around 3:30 am, and a third storming occurred at the Sherman Oaks house at 9:30 pm the night before.

For those who live in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood, they said they were grateful for no one during the ordeal. The suspect was arrested in this case later. However, the fear of possible interruptions in the future has left the population on the edge of the abyss.

Marzolo said he wanted to see more law in his community and stronger penalties for the conquest of the home and robbery.

“I can [officers] Marzolo said: “To hold this man and arrest him now [district attorney] I hold it or send it to the house tomorrow night. “
