When the Bucs’ 2025 regular season schedule dropped on Wednesday night, the opponents for their three-game preseason slate were announced soon after. At the time, though, the dates and kickoff times hadn’t yet been finalized.
That changed on Friday, with the Bucs announcing the full details for their preseason schedule.

The three-game exhibition slate will kick off on Saturday, Aug. 9 at 7:30 p.m., with Tampa Bay hosting the Tennessee Titans at Raymond James Stadium. This will be the first preseason meeting between the two teams since they squared off in 2021 and 2022. They played in the regular season in 2023, with the Todd Bowles’ team winning 20-6 in Tampa.
The second week of the preseason will see Tampa Bay hit the road to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday, Aug. 16. Kickoff for that game is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., and it’ll be the second time the two teams have met in an exhibitions setting over the last three years.
The 2025 preseason then comes to a close on Saturday, Aug. 23, with the Bucs hosting the Bills at Ray Jay. Kickoff for that game is set for 7:30 p.m., just like the preseason opener in Tampa. This is an especially unique matchup for Tampa Bay not just because it’s the first preseason meeting with Buffalo since 2014 but because the two teams will also meet during the 2025 regular season. The Bucs hit the road to face the Bills in Week 11.
