With all 257 picks in and announced, the 2025 NFL Draft has officially come to an end. The Bucs surprised a lot of people when they went offense with their first-round pick, but went on to take five straight defensive players after that in rounds two, three, four, five and seven.
Tampa Bay’s 2025 draft class – Jason Licht’s 12th as the team’s general manager – includes Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, Notre Dame cornerback Benjamin Morrison, Kansas State cornerback Jacob Parrish, Central Arkansas outside linebacker David Walker, SMU defensive lineman Elijah Roberts and Oregon wide receiver Tez Johnson.

After the Bucs went with Egbuka on Thursday night, it was no surprise to see defense, defense and more defense in the following two days.
Of course, the Bucs’ player acquisition process isn’t over, as the frenzy that is undrafted free agency is already underway. The team has begun signing undrafted free agents in addition to inviting others to their rookie mini camp, which will be at the AdventHealth Training Center on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10.
The Bucs can get their roster up to 91 players, one more above the normal 90-man roster limit, because Lorenz Metz is part of the International Player Pathway Program and does not count against the 90-man limit.
Will the Bucs make any cuts to make room for more undrafted rookies? As it is, they can sign 10 guys after the draft and stay under 90.
If you use last year’s training camp 90 and compare to what they have now, they’d add these 11: QB, 2 RB, WR, TE, OL, 2 DL, OLB, LB, S.
