Winter Park, Florida (WFLA-A lawsuit showed on Thursday that BUC-Ee’s wants to bring the Florida store to the court on the sparkling goods that seem to mimic the popular argument of the famous store.
According to court documents, Prometheus Esoterica Inc. , “Gothic boutique” in Winter Park, goods, including shirts and badges, which are characterized by what appears to be the slogan of Beef Beers Beef with evil rocks.
The documents showed that the store “Roje” the products as a “Buccee” shirt.
(Prometheus Esoterica) BUC-Ee’s signs of the well-known brand (BUC-Ee) and took advantage of the public-related goodwill associated with BUC-Ee’s prosecutors.
The lawsuit said that the store had deceived the customers to believe that he belonged to BUC-Ee, and his actions were “deliberate and implemented in bad faith.”
The accused of BUC-Ee Prometheus Esoterica is a violation of trademarks, unfair competition, brands forgery, unfair enrichment and violation of the unfair commercial practices law in Florida.
The lawsuit also called for the prohibition of Esoterica from selling goods to move forward and pay the price of any damage incurred by BUC-Ee.
