ASAN (KXAN) – The Kyle City Council meeting, which was scheduled for Tuesday night, was rest due to the threats of bombs in the city hall, according to social Media publication from the mayor of Kyle Travis Mitchell.

Kyle police said that the building had been quickly evacuated and the police were cleared of the area.
“At this time, the reliability of the threat is still under investigation,” KPD said.
Mitchell said in the Post that the administration had received a “threat to bombs” was considered a sufficient credibility for us for the holiday of our meeting with abundance of caution.
The Post said that the council meeting had been comfortable until Wednesday at 7 pm.
Mitchell also stated in the post, that he planned at the meeting to announce that he would step down from a mayor in November.
