(Crohn) – The Benissia Police Department has regained more than $ 26,000 of stolen alcohol from a local company.
It is claimed that a former employee stole more than $ 300,000 of high -price alcohol from the store during a three -month period. The Benissia Police Department was alerted to the lost goods in March.
“By reviewing the monitoring videos, our investigators were able to confirm suspicions of theft,” said BPD.
The suspect was arrested and seized in Solano County Prison on June 3. BPD initially regained $ 22,000 of wine and lives for the company. Last week, investigators found and returned 26,000 dollars from alcohol to the store.
BPD said: “Our investigators continue to follow additional threads, and last week I managed to recover an additional product for the business owner, as it totaled more than 26,000 dollars,” BPD said.
