(Krona) – A Pelmont man, who faced a trial in a violent local case 2023, took over Friday from prosecutors in San Matteo Province. Armando Flores Ferdosko, 60, was accused of a woman in the face of dozens of times and suffocated before the threat of killing the respondents.
Flores Verduzco did not decide any competition for a false imprisonment by violence and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Five other accusations were dropped as part of the guilt acknowledgment deal, including the injury of the husband or the usual, which is likely to result in a major physical injury, battery on a peace officer, an executive resistance, and the resistance of a peace officer or EMT.
In exchange for the appeals of the non -competition on two of the seven charges, Flores Verduzco was sentenced to 90 days in prison in the province’s prison and put it in four years of test. He was ordered not to contact the victim for 10 years, give up all firearms, undergo research and seizure, refrain from alcohol and control materials, and complete 104 hours of domestic violence consultations.
On the night of August 16, 2023, the neighbors told 911 that they heard screaming from an apartment in a 1000 block from the Continental Road in Palmont. Flores Verduzco and the victim have been living for 13 years and lived in the reported apartment, according to the Prosecutor’s Office in San Matteo Province.
Prosecutors said that the officers who arrived found the victim with multiple, clear injuries, and they learned Floris Verdosko about 30 times and suffocated her with his hands. Flores Verdosko claimed that the two were arguing when the victim struck him first.
When the police moved to the arrest of Flores Verdozko, “he started screaming in a coherent manner and resisted arrest … at some point, the head of an officer and the police used to take control of him,” the DA office wrote. “He threatened to kill the officers to arrest him.”
Flores Verduzco is expected to start a 90 -day prison sentence on September 8.
