BART extension forces San Jose small business to shut down

San Jose, California (Crohn-The long-awaited Bart extension between the north of San Jose and Santa Clara is under construction. This is good news for passengers, but the bad news of companies in the region.

The owner of a rock paper says he must evacuate his work by Wednesday. Some of these panels of rock rocks in Silicon Valley Granite are valued at several thousand dollars.

SRIDHAR KOLLARDY is racing around the clock. He must give up his work for 20 years by midnight Thursday.

Kolleddy says once VTA takes his property through a court order, all of this will be booked. He says he loses millions of dollars.

Silicon Valley Granite is exactly located where a new Bart station is created. It is the twenty -eighth small Portugal station. It is part of the huge VTA project to bring Bart to Santa Clara.

Court records indicate that the silicon valley granite is seized by a prominent field. Kolleddy says they were negotiating on a price – at least several million dollars to buy it.

He says that the eviction papers came last month as a shock and now says that he does not even get a penny.

“The employer got separate final dates, starting from about two years, and chose not to leave the property or file to pay the transfer,” Vta said.

KolledDy says he offered $ 1.5 million, but he wanted $ 6 million.

Kolleddy says its value is valuable as well as the product. But instead of continuing negotiations, he says VTA compels him to go out.

But at the present time, the project is full of building a long -awaited Bart connector, and Kollaredty stuck between a rock and a difficult place.
