It’s been two seasons that Baker Mayfield has been the quarterback of the Bucs and he still has another two years on his contract to accomplish more great moments in Tampa Bay.
Considering what Baker Mayfield came into and who he replaced, it’s been incredible with how he’s taken over this team. We spoke with Bucs general manager Jason Licht on a recent Pewter Report Podcast where he spoke about the difficulties of replacing a legend and the challenges of keeping the succession of good quarterback play in place.
