Austin-for years, Austin was one of the most desirable metro in the country when it came to real estate.

The Covid-19 was exacerbated, the prices of homes in the region increased to record high levels in 2022, with the number of homes in the market decreased.

How many homes are sold?

It launch MLS data every month that shows the average selling price for homes in every province in the Austrop, CaldWell, Hays, Travis and Williamson.
