Austin woman receives sister's ashes after months of waiting

Austin – A woman is waiting for months to get ash in the end, in the end, she became closed. Melanie Azbetia said she suffered from a delay from the work that burned the bodies, which is now in the same place at the investigation center in the treatment of the body.

Azpeitia has first communicated with Capital Introduction services after her sister Tamara died at the beginning of this year. Azpeitia originally said, things went well.

“They gave me some paper works to fill it,” said Azpeitia. “All of this happened, completely driven, then they told me that it would take about a week to treat.”

Azpeitia said she originally laid bodies, as she tried to find out if she needed an autopsy for her sister. She said that the owner, Adlin Boy, agreed to wait.

However, a few days later, Azpeitia said it had received new fees after it has already paid completely.

“They sent me another cooling bill for me, and we went back and forth on emails,” said Azbetia. “There was no discussion for this. There was no contract.”

Azbetia said that Boy refused to give her sister’s ashes until the fees were paid. Azpeitia then went to the Texas funeral service committee to file a complaint.

It was not long before, I heard about the arrest of Boy in April for a different position.

Investigate the misuse of the body

Boy is accused of falsifying death certificates and operating “experiments” on the cut ends.

The Austin Police Department confirmed that at least one body was abused more than three weeks ago in Capital Mortuary.

The officials said they are still trying to determine who this person is.

Investigators said that Bui worked with the medical training facility, MedTomarket, in experiments. According to the APD, it was included in the formaldehyde injection into weapons to see the effect that over time had over the severed limbs.

According to Bui’s lawyer, this is related to efforts to find more environmentally friendly and cost -effective ways to keep the bodies longer for training purposes.

The CEO of Medtomark Aaron faces charges of insulting the body without legal authority and exacerbating the right.

The officials said that Ali confessed to directing the Capital morgue to maintain the progress of the mummified limbs and monitor them over time. However, he denied describing activities as experiences.

When the police asked the Texas Featus Committee (TFSC) whether this was legal, the committee said no. She said that the capital morgue is not licensed to perform this type of work.

Boy’s lawyer said that none of the bodies in caring for eternal funeral services, and the other facility is licensed to her, participated in any of the work related to joining the bodies.

APD said that using a capital morgue does not necessarily mean that one of your family members or loved ones is involved as a victim.

However, the APD victims are available to answer questions and provide basic information.

“We are clearly flooding with a number of calls, email messages and people who are communicating with an attempt to obtain information. Thank God, the services of the APD victims were offered to help in this,” said Detective Pray Bishop APD.

Families get the remains of I love

Regarding families to capture residue, TFSC said that families should access directly to the funeral home. If any problems appear, TFSC said to fill the complaint form and submit it to their investigation team.

“I have already contacted and communicated with someone in eternal peace,” said Azbetia. “Tell them,” see, as you know, I am one of those unfortunate families who need to pick up the remains of Capital Capital. And he said, “Yes, we have everything here.”

Finally on Friday, Azpeitia got what she was waiting for.

“Feeling of victory, feeling angry, feeling happy, comfortable. I mean, there are many feelings that work together.”

While she still treats this situation, she is finally grateful to take her sister to the home.

“You may lie in peace, and you may find all families there peace and get their loved ones and be able to close,” said Azbetia.

Azpeitia said it’s because of its experience, it wants to help others through this process as well.

“If there are any families that can help, I am ready to provide them with information to contact me so that I can help them and direct them about those who need to reach it and how to help them,” said Azbitia.

He recommended people to summon the eternal funeral service and communicate with a person there about the steps to pick up residue. Azpeitia said she was told to attend her driver’s license and give an hour notice before her arrival.
