Tea Commissioner Mike Moor said that the classifications will eventually help improve students ’results, even if the regions do not like how the system works.
“What the evidence shows is that the schools that have a class or F are improving very quickly because people realize, hey, we need to change what we were doing, because what we were doing did not work,” he said.
