Austin ISD experiencing enrollment issues

Austin – The independent school province of Austin said it is working to repair problems related to the registration process.

According to the ISD registration services team, some families were facing problems related to continuous transport students, as well as the difficulties in reaching the parents’ portal in the province.

AISD said: “We want to be sincerely apologized to the families who faced challenges with the registration process. We know that this is frustrating, and we are working around the clock to solve problems as soon as possible.”

According to the region, students who agreed to transfer for the academic year 2024-25 must be sent to the accredited transportation school, even if they are re-assigned to their custom school.

AISD said that families with returning students who suffer from problems with the gate should provide AISD auxiliary ticket.

For those who have new students in the province who face a problem in completing the registration due to the login or repetitive account problems – the province said it was working with the campus registered to solve the problem.

“Regardless of the case, your child should come to school on Tuesday, August 19, 2025,” said AISD. “Every student will be welcomed on their home campus or an accredited transport school, as long as it is updated with their immunization.”
