Arrests in Panorama City reportedly tied to death of toddler found in parking lot

Three people, a woman and two men, were arrested in the city of Panorama on Tuesday night in an operation that indicates initial and unconfirmed reports that she is associated with the death of a young child discovered at the end of the week in a car park in a nearby commercial center.

The Los Angeles Police Department officials will only say that the officers, including members of the metro department, which is part of the LAPD special operations group, responded to the residential building in the 14600 building from Lanark Street at about 6 pm

According to reports from Gil Leyvas from KTLA at Sky5, the protest was discovered for the deceased child, who was discovered on July 12 in the 8200 mass of Van Nuys Street, less than half a mile of apartments, with the arrival of the police.

The cameras also seized the yellow crime scene inside what appeared to be an external corridor for the apartment complex where at least one officer was standing.

The man or the woman who was seen was identified in detention.

Details of the child’s limited death, although LAPD told KTLA during the weekend that the deceased appears to be about 3 or 4 years old.

The police did not say whether he had any clear injuries or whether the initial investigation revealed any possible cause of death. It is also unclear how long the boy was there before he was found.

Footage of this scene showed a white umbrella that was placed on the child’s body near two waste. It is not clear whether the boy was found inside a waste dumper.

“We are trying to assemble the pieces to really understand them when this happened and we hope to get to know who is responsible for this,” Lapd det. Megan Aguilar said on Saturday. “This may be a natural death, and this may be due to ill -treatment, we do not know at this stage. They will not touch this body until the investigators reach, then the responsibility of the investigator becomes in determining the cause of death.”
