(Kron) – Thursday. According to the authorities, the victim visited the ATMs and was followed by two suspects.
The robbery took place on November 10, 2023, after the victim used America’s ATMs at Strawberry Village in Mill Valley to withdraw $ 500. Then the victim went to his apartment in Tipuron, near Janet Way and Andrew Drive.
Police said that one of the suspects fired two shots at the victim before escaping in a Kia red car. The alleged smuggler driver was arrested regarding the theft, however, the police said that the second suspect is believed to have fled to the state.
On April 5, 2025, Tiburon PD was notified by the Denver Police Department that the second suspect in the Tiburon robbery was arrested after a traffic station.
The police said on Thursday that the suspect would be handed over to Marin County to confront the charges of theft and neglect of a firearm.
“We are incredibly grateful for cooperation between agencies and satisfaction, the suspect will be handed over to Marin County to answer his crimes,” said Tipuron PD.
