‘Armed and dangerous’ homicide suspect wanted by San Pablo PD

(Crohn)-The San Pablo Police Department is looking for the gunman responsible for the shooting of Richmond, a 26-year-old man earlier this year. The police said the suspect, known as Juan Vargas, 25, from San Pablo, should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

The shooting occurred on March 29 at about 1:29 am on the 2000 block from 23 Street. The observation video released by the armed police department is approaching a group outside a company before suddenly lifted a firearm and shooting Emmanuel Rodriguez Flores. The respondents found that all the parties concerned had escaped from the scene before they arrived.

Flores discovered that he was transferred to the hospital by his acquaintances after the shooting. He later died to his wounds despite the lifelong measures.

The investigators said that Vargas was responsible for the shooting based on the statements of witnesses and evidence from the scene. The police described him as a 5 -foot -long Spanish man and 50 bites. It has black hair, brown eyes and dark tattoos on his face and neck.

San Pablo PD said it “has performed extensive operations throughout the region”, but she was unable to locate Vargas.

“Vargas should be considered armed and dangerous, and it should not be dealt with,” the police said. “If you face Vargas, please contact a local law enforcement agency or call 911 to the emergency.”
