“The Local Government Law in Texas” prohibits the municipal ruling body … the municipal police administration, municipal lawyer, provincial lawyer, provincial lawyer, or criminal provincial lawyer “from” adoption[ing] The policy according to which the entity will not fully implement the laws related to drugs. ”He read the opinion deposited in the fifteenth appeal court.
However, Saint Marcus approved a local decree prohibiting police officers to issue quotes and make arrests of some low -level marijuana crimes, “he said.
Hayes District Court judge rejected the case in July 2024, but he is now likely to go to trial. David Sergey, the lawyer for Saint Marcus, said he believed that there will be an increase in the martyrdom in the wake of this view.
