Angwin father charged with murdering son in DUI crash

(Crohn)-The father who has previous condemnation of the document faces the only identity document in his record of murder after his 10-year-old son died in the Naba Valley crash.

Prosecutors said that Aaron Brian Kennedy, 35, from Angin, was under the influence of alcohol on July 18, 2025 while he was leading in Saint Helena. His 10 -year -old son was sitting in a passenger seat.

Investigators said that the father and son were traveling along the Chilean Bob Valley road when a Kennedy collided with another car. Aiden suffered from fatal injuries and died.

Prosecutors at the Napa Kennedy County Lawyer’s office accused first -class killing, unintended killing of vehicles while poisoning, causing injury, abuse of children, and possession of a deception trap.

At the time of the deadly accident, Kennedy had the only identity document on his criminal record, and his driver’s license was suspended, the DA office said.

The father remained in the hospital since the accident, as he recovered from the injuries suffered by the collision. Kennedy was arrested and charged while he was still in the hospital.
