Americans died of carbon monoxide at Belize’s Royal Kahal Beach Resort; ID’d as Koutar Naqqad, Imane Mallah, Wafae El-Arar

San Pedro, Belize – The reason for the death of three dead American women was revealed in their room in a hotel in a luxury beach resort.

Women-known as 23-year-old Koutar Naqqad, 24-year-old Iman Malah and 26-year-old Wafae El-Arr at the Royal Kahal Beach resort in San Pedro in February.

Shortly after finding Massachusetts women, Plez Police Commissioner said that carbon monoxide poisoning is considered.

Nearly one month of their deaths, Jian Chu, Executive Director of Playing National Criminal Science Services, confirmed that women had died from the deadly exposure to the first carbon monoxide.

Officials said it was believed that the heater in the room had leaked from deadly gas, causing the death of women from acute pulmonary edema.

Originally, the officials noted that alcohol and childbirth were found in the hotel room

However, unlawful drugs are not found in the test.

Police said women could have died in the hotel for about 20 hours before they were found.

Women, originally from Morrocco, lived in Revere, Massachusetts.
