Alex Rodriguez’s Girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro Slays in Chic Black Dress on Tropical Girls Getaway

Alex Rodriguez, the former player for the New York Yankees, is active in a number of endeavors at his A-Rod corporation, such as real estate transactions, his ownership stake in the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, and his next Bloomberg program, The Deal.

Alongside Derek Jeter, David Ortiz, and the rest of the FOX Sports crew, he also covers the MLB postseason. Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, is also a workaholic, just like him. She is heavily involved in fitness and health.

During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, Cordeiro created the six-week exercise regimen known as JACFIT. She participates in fitness competitions and works as a certified nurse, lifestyle coach, writer, and fitness model.

However, sometimes amidst all this work, you need to have a getaway to relax and get your grind back. For Cordeiro, all she needed was a girls’ trip. Cordeiro posted a number of photos on Instagram stories to show her fans what she’s been up to.

The first picture showed six women enjoying their drinks, including Cordeiro. The next image from her vacation captured a beautiful sunset, with the last one showcasing the six women in their stunning outfits. The location of their trip was also revealed in this photo.

Cordeiro has been vacationing in Jamaica. She put the Azul Beach Resort Negril by Karisma as her location. The beach resort is set along Seven Mile Beach on the Caribbean Sea. The property is a 1-minute walk from Kool Running Adventure Park and 1 km from Negril Aerodrome.

Like Rodriguez with his two kids, Natasha, 19, and Ella, 16, whom he shares with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, Cordeiro, a mother of two, balances parenting with her fitness obligations. Since December 2022, when the pair made it Instagram official, they have been inseparable.

Not only his girlfriend but A-Rod, too, tries to keep himself as fit and healthy as possible. In an interview with Business Insider, Rodriguez revealed that he dedicates the first part of his day to self-care, and his routines for performance and wellness begin immediately in the morning.

Rodriguez dedicates a few hours every day, starting at around 8 a.m., to exercising (a combination of strength and cardio training), as well as doing yoga and meditation. He then makes time for podcasts before leaving for work at A-Rod Corp at around noon.

According to Rodriguez, his sleep goal is eight hours. Maintaining a regular routine helps him stay on track for improved focus and general wellness, even when it doesn’t always work out.

Rodriguez claimed that in order to optimize strength, speed, and power, his preparation before retiring from Major League Baseball consisted primarily of lifting large weights and sprinting, occasionally uphill.

He stated that he still lifts weights today, which is crucial for long-term muscular maintenance, but he concentrates more on consistency and using lighter weights. For heart health, he exercises cardio every day and frequently goes for a stroll after supper in the South Florida area.
