Gary Wayne Jones was fired in a fatal way while he was buying gas at the gas station in Abe at the Mission and Lewelling Boulevards intersection in Hayuard on June 28, 2007. Investigators believe that Jones was also stolen.
The suspect, according to the authorities, was described as a Spanish man who may have been about 17 to 20 years old. The suspect was described as about 5 feet and 8 inches to 6 feet. The suspect was also described as long and dark hair.
According to the Sharif Office, the suspect was driving a Dodge or the mini -van in the 1990s, with colored rear windows and a roof sheet.
