Consumers who have these gatherings are urged to contact the line,/or Intex and/or Polygroup to receive a free repair set – which will consist of a rope to replace the pressure belt. The owners of these gatherings must ensure that young children cannot reach the pool without supervision, as organizers note – and they can drain the pool instead until the repair is made.

All gatherings that are summoned are 48 inches or longer – and can be identified through the brand and model names included in both CPSC and Health Canada. Complex sales ranged according to the model and the site, but date back to 2002 and recently in 2025.

About 5 million of these gatherings have now been sold throughout the United States-including both online stores and stores in major retail dealers such as Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Costco and Amazon. Other 266,000 were sold in Canada.
