In 2023, a man from southern California acknowledged that he was guilty of multiple charges arising from road anger incidents in the Los Angeles region. He was sentenced to five years in prison – but he was released 212 days ago for good behavior in the past fall.
On Thursday, he was arrested on suspicion of committing similar crimes.
