Austin — The historical heat that can start on Tuesday begins. Most of the center of Texas will be under a heat consultant.
These will be the first days of 100 degrees this year, which usually does not come until the first week of July.
“Shock of the regime”
Medical experts said that our bodies are not ready, and that this sudden heat can hunt both pets and people.
“Certainly a shock to the regime,” said the medical director of the Ministry of Emergency at Bilor Scott White Health, Dr. Ross Tublan. “Most of the time, we have a few weeks of gradual increase in temperature, so that we can adapt to the increasing summer heat that we usually test in central Texas.”
Dr. Tobleman said it is especially important to prepare now.
“The best way to stay wet, in fact, is not to try to moisturize the day of any activities in the sun, but trying to stay wet before that,” said Tobleman.
Young people, the elderly and pets are the most vulnerable. However, Tobleman stressed that this heat can affect anyone.
“If it is just a slight heat injury, you can enter the emergency department, get some IV fluids, cool, and send you on your way. If it is more severe, you may need a hospital for a day or even several days.”

If you had a heat -related injury before, Tobleman said that you increase your chances in another.
He said that some of the first signs are the following:
- nausea
- Vomiting
- exhaustion
Tobleman said if you stop sweating or starting to feel confused, this is a sign of emergency assistance immediately.
“I will be roasting”
Intensive temperatures are particularly difficult for people such as the dog trainer and the Maria Kids Corporation.
“I have a large bucket in my car with ice water, then I only return the filling and stop the water breaks along the way.” “Try to accomplish everyone before the second hour, if possible.”
Kadis said that she even walking in some hotels or residential construction pans as well, just to stay outside the heat. She does not look at the heat wave for this week.
She said, “I will grill.”
The recommended owners get socks to protect dogs dogs.
“The sidewalk is very hot, even the grass and dirt is hot,” said Kadis. “If you need to cool your dog, some towels move in the water and put it on their stomach and chest.”
