Tennis legend Martina Navratilova’s wife, Julia Lemigova, took a charming detour from glitz and glamour to attend a dairy goat show.
The former Miss USSR and Real Housewives of Miami star recently gave her followers a delightful peek into her farm-friendly escapades, posing joyfully with three goats on leashes.

Lemigova, crowned Miss USSR in 1990, has gracefully transitioned from the world of pageantry and high fashion to a quieter, more grounded lifestyle in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Though she’s known to many viewers through her appearances on The Real Housewives of Miami, Lemigova’s life away from the spotlight tells a much different story, one filled with animals and gardening.
Whether she’s tending to her vegetable patch or doting on her beloved cows, horses, goats, and dogs, Lemigova’s social media presence has evolved into a sanctuary of peace. In her most recent Instagram Stories update, Lemigova appeared handling three goats, one in each hand and a third tucked playfully in between, while attending what appeared to be a local dairy goat showcase.
The tongue-in-cheek caption referenced her pageant past and showcased her witty humor.
“From Miss Universe to Miss dairy goat show,” she wrote.
On Season 5, Episode 2 of the show, Lemigova shared with her castmates that the farm is much more than a pastime for her. Outside of her modeling and acting work, she sees it as a personal sanctuary, even if Navratilova doesn’t quite share the same passion for it.
“My farm is not just my hobby. It’s a working farm because I do sell eggs and avocados and guavas, and whatever is in season. I’m happy here. Martina complains about my leaving in the morning and coming back after the sun goes down. She has mixed feelings about the farm. Farming is not really her thing. So Martina and I are kind of doing things separately.”

A former Miss USSR and top model in the 1990s, the Russian-born Lemigova shared a throwback video on Instagram from the 1990 pageant. In the clip, she answered a tough question in hesitant English, later noting it was still a second language for her at the time.
“What is the most important advice your mother ever gave to you?”
“My mother never gave me any important advice. She always gave me very important and very good advice, and she told me the most important advice – she told me that I have to try to do everything in my life by myself. Otherwise, I will be nothing, and I try to do this,” Lemigova replied.
