There has been a lot of discussion regarding the relationship between North Carolina Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson. With Hudson causing a bit of a scene during Belichick’s interview with CBS Mornings as she declined to let Belichick answer a question regarding how they met.
While there are people certainly blaming her for her reaction and calling her all the names in the book, not everyone is doing that. Belichick himself has posted a statement regarding the situation, and it will be interesting to see how things continue to progress as we get closer to the release of his new book The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football as well as his inaugural season as the coach of the Tar Heels.
Jordon Hudson Gets Public Support From Ex-Boyfriend
Hudson has been in the public eye for a while now, as Belichick is not the first big-named boyfriend she has had. She previously dated healthcare CEO and businessman Joshua Zuckerman before dating the legendary football coach. The 64-year-old spoke out and defended Hudson in the midst of this situation as the media continues to paint her in a bit of a negative light.
“She is wise beyond her years, more than any 20-something I’ve ever met in my life. Narrative about her character is not fair to her.”
However, not everything is going smoothly with Belichick Inc. as a report from Page Six has an anonymous source discussing how things are not looking great for the couple in terms of his brand.
“It’s amateur hour, and it’s showing. They don’t know what they are doing and are trying to control everything. They don’t trust anyone else. He’s handed off the ball to her. He seems to have put his brand in the hands of a 24-year-old. She thinks she knows everything, like every other 24-year-old.”
While the report is fresh, neither Belichick nor Hudson has publicly commented on the report. There have been more reports of Hudson trying to step in as she also reportedly ‘forced her way into’ a Super Bowl commercial for Dunkin’ that featured Belichick. This is also in addition to her ‘demanding’ to be an executive producer on the HBO Hard Knocks series, as they were going to cover UNC this year.
There have been a lot of reports painting Hudson in a negative light, but there are people who are singing her praises. We do not know the personal lives of Belichick and Hudson so it will be intriguing if they continue to give the public more of a look into that going forward.
