Man arrested after alleged street racing in Aurora leads to chase through Denver: police

Denver (KDVR) – Another man was arrested, and two others issued calls for the challenge after an alleged street race in Aurora on Sunday, which led to the pursuit of the police through Denver.

An officer was discovered at about 7:40 pm on Sunday, a gray makeup truck while cakes and lightning in the property near East 32 Street and Tower Street, which is located near the 70th highway and Benia Street towards Denver International Airport.

Police said in a Facebook post that the truck had three people inside, and as the officer approached, the truck exploded both the rear tires and fled to Denver.

Police said the truck made it along the road to the 25th Highway and Colorado Boulevard, south of Glenel, when the truck crashed into the mediator on the highway.

Police arrested the driver, known as Cesar Guterres Nava from Denver, on charges of a felony of waiver, reckless leadership, criminal harm and reckless danger. The police also issued summonses to infringe on the property of others for passengers, who were 18 and 19 years old.

The police said: “The APD Street Racing race is devoted to investigating and disrupting the illegal street race – because it is not just reckless, it’s dangerous,” the police said. “These activities endanger our society’s life. We will continue to take and hold criminals accountable.”
