A senior high school was identified as a victim in a deadly and deadly tragic beach accident that includes a car driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs early Sunday morning.

In shots from the scene that KTLA got, the BELT vehicle is seen behind the yellow crime scene bar with heavy damage to the front end and increased windshield. The 33 -year -old is also seen as she is taking to a periodic period awaiting.
Lovers, family and friends were visiting the site of the accident, as a growing monument was filled with flowers and pictures that remember Levy, a chief at Liwala High School.
Many of those visiting the memorial did not want to go to the camera, but they told Carlos Sausido from KTLA that Levy was a prominent sports student, and the captain of the tennis team, and was obligated to the University of Fergina after graduation.
“Brown was a bright presence in the Liola family, where he brought light, joy and inspiration to everyone to touch him,” said Liola HS Jamal K. Adams in a message to the school community.
