Leander ISD assistant principal accused of driving drunk, hitting bicyclist at school

ASAN – A Assistant Director in the Lender Independent District was placed on vacation after being driving driving and hitting a bike in a school earlier this week, according to a written statement from Williamson Province.

The assistant manager was identified as 51 -year -old Marta Johnson, according to the written statement. He was charged with a misdemeanor of DWI.

The court records said that a Cedar Park police officer responded to the Red Elementary School in Cedar Park at about 7:20 am on Monday to crash.

When the officer arrived at the scene, the cyclist seemed to “float on the road on his arms” and “a small rupture” of the accident, according to the written statement.

It was reported that Johnson was suffering from bloody eyes and had a “strong smell” of alcohol on its breath. The court records said they got an alcohol test, which showed a level of 0.22 – the legal limit is three times.
