'Narrating her own murder': Man, 39, guilty in gruesome O.C. stabbing of ex-girlfriend

It took a jury in Orange County less than a day of deliberations to find an old 39 -year -old warrior guilty of the death of his ex -girlfriend, a murder that was partially captured on the audio post nearly five years ago.

Laura Sardin, 25 years old, like at least three other women who witnessed the trial, have issued a restriction against Craig Chairron.

The couple did not return to a long time when Charon moved to the Huntington Beach apartment in Sardin in the building of 8400 from Jenny Drive, where he began to offend quickly.

Sardin, who was working as a waiter, got a motorcycle accident in 2019, leaving her unable to work, and she was following the degree of psychology. In a settlement of the accident, she received $ 750,000, which gave Charron $ 100,000.

Prosecutors, according to Los Angeles Times“Thank you for showing you all,” Charron said, after receiving a large part of the money.

In an exchange that was registered on her phone just two weeks before she was killed and brought during the trial, she complained to Charron that she could not hear it because of the seized ear cylinder. “You are still hitting me,” she said. He replied, “Massage the calves or end this relationship.”

On the day of her killing, Charon was said to have woke up in the morning in the morning, asking sex through the mouth, another exchange she recorded on her phone. I heard that he told him to leave her alone and stay away from her.

“You are betraying me because you will not leave,” I heard.

On the same day, September 2, 2020, before noon, the director of the Sardinha apartment for maintenance to change the locks on her apartment, said the Times. Then I began to ignore Charron’s calls and texts.

At approximately 1:15 pm, during a triple call with the best friend and mother, the 25 -year -old said, “Oh my God, he’s here.”

Her friend and called 911. Atty. Janine Madeira described in the closing arguments as “a woman who is telling her killing.”

It is not clear how Charron entered the apartment. During the trial, he witnessed that he entered the unlike door.

According to the public prosecutors, the 220 -year -old aerial fighter stabbed the 25 -year -old girl twice in her chest, almost cut her nose from her face and stabbed her in the head with concern that she was bending the knife.

Sardain died when the police arrived. Prosecutors, who are still at the scene of the accident, said he was bleeding from wounds to his chest and neck.

In his defense, the 39 -year -old, who had 100 pounds and 9 inches, claimed that she attacked him with a knife, and stabbed her in self -defense.

Defense lawyer in Charon, Michael Joysi, said during the closing arguments that despite the date of his client of violence, it was “unintended violence,” said the Times.

A first -class killing, Charron faces 26 years of prison. The judgment was appointed on July 25.
