- Category 2 misdemeanor – sheltering a minor
- Category 2 misdemeanor – obstructing the peace officer
Investigators found that Bundesko rented a driving car to Missouri, where he met the girl and drove her to Colorado. The victim stated that he carried her against her will, but he would also make her for the snow removal company, Foco Sno Go.
