We’re in the home stretch of the 2025 NFL Draft, with less than a week to go before the event. Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart has seen his stock rise over the last month or so, and he could hear his name called in the first round on Thursday.

Dart is one of the more intriguing quarterback prospects in this class. If teams miss out on the top options at the position, the Ole Miss star might sneak into Round 1. With the 2025 NFL Draft right around the corner, let’s take a closer look at his younger brother, Diesel Dart.

Meet Jaxson Dart’s Brother, Diesel

Jaxson Dart has one brother, Diesel, who also plays football. He’s a wide receiver and defensive back at Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah.

Diesel is an unranked prospect for the 2027 class, per 247Sports, but he’s already attracting attention. He holds offers from San Diego State, BYU, and Jaxson’s alma mater, Ole Miss.

This past season, Diesel played a key role in helping Corner Canyon win the 6A state championship in Utah. According to KSL Sports, he recorded 44 tackles and one interception on defense while adding 23 catches for 369 yards on offense.

Diesel still has time before making his college decision, but Jaxson’s time at Ole Miss could definitely influence it—especially since the 2025 NFL Draft prospect is very excited about the program’s future.

“This program’s on the rise,” Jaxson said after the Gator Bowl, via Ole Miss Rebels on SI. “They’re going to continue to get better, and I think it’s just a place where people really want to play. A lot of excitement and momentum going for it, and like I said, I think it’s going to continue to improve and continue to be one of the best programs in the country.”

Jaxson is also extremely fond of his time at Ole Miss. He became a legitimate NFL prospect after transferring from USC and found success with the Rebels.

“I haven’t really taken too much time to think about (my legacy) as of right now. I think I’ll kind of do more of that once the game’s over,” Dart told the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal on New Year’s Eve 2024. “But I’ve just been very appreciative of the time that I’ve had here. I felt like I gave it my all. … I’ve loved my time and it’s been the best decision that I’ve made.”
