Brutal video shows L.A. inmate suffering withdrawals, collapsing before his death

The police released a video of brutal monitoring on Tuesday, indicating the multiple destroyed fall that led to the death of a prisoner in the valley prison while he was withdrawing.

The Los Angeles Police Department has identified the man as Stephen Miller, who is 55 years old.

Near the start of the 15-minute video, Bodycam shots show the arrest of Miller-who said LAPD, who said it as a traffic station to violate the car code.

According to the version, the Mission Miller patrol officers withdrew around 1:15 am on March 9 because its front lamp was out. The video also showed that there is a woman in the passenger seat, but her identity was not determined and her face was unclear.

Miller looked very compatible with the shots, as he was working with the officer’s requests. When the officer asked if he had been arrested before, Miller replied, “Not for a long time.”

The officer managed Miller’s information and realized that he had a felony to arrest him.

Footage of the officer’s return appears and I ask Miller to stop his car.

While Miller is stopping his car, he looks to the officer and says: “I have something, huh?”

Officer Miller puts on handcuffs, and the video shows other officers who pass by trunk and find illegal drugs. When both Miller and the passenger are on the handcuffs, the officers tell them that they will be detained – although the woman denies that the drug was.

“All that is there, and all the medications in that car are mine,” Miller hears. “An officer, I give you my words, everything in that car is mine.”

Although the version did not include whether the woman was also arrested, the police said that Miller was seized at VJS later that morning.

About 16 hours after he was reserved in prison, LAPD said that Miller revealed to medical employees that he was used for wiren and was suffering from withdrawal symptoms.

Miller was dealt with by the employees and was eventually cleared to return to his cell holding. Stay in the next two days.

After that, after leaving the bed at about 5 am on March 11, footage shows that Miller was standing near the sink inside his cell when he collapsed for the first time, hitting his head on a close toilet and cement ground.

He returns again for a moment, but after that he is falling again, and hitting his head strongly on the cement floor for the second time.

LAPD shots show every actual time, as well as slowing and enlargement in each fall version. After each case, more and more detainees who sleep in the cell are seen sitting, and teach the situation.

After the second fall, Miller was a confrontation on the ground for a few beats before he could again stand, but not for a long time.

He reached only a few steps and was standing beside his bed before he collapsed for the last time. The footage shows that Miller seems to hit his chin on a adjacent bed frame before his head, again, collides with the cement ground – perhaps hitting the nearby wall on the road down.

LAPD said that another arrest called for prison staff to the dungeon, and as we saw in the shots, a large group responded and worked to accompany Miller to the medical prison clinic.

While treating them by the medical staff, officials said Miller had witnessed a problem of breathing and lost consciousness. The paramedics arrived with the Los Angeles Fire Fire Department to take over Miller’s care, but he did not respond.

About one hour after its initial collapse, paramedics Miller Mit announced.

“Representatives of the Los Angeles County County responded to the co -workers to the scene and removed the remains of Miller to the forensic science center, where the autopsy is suspended,” said LAPD.

Death is still under investigation.
