Austin home explosion: General contractor got 'final inspection, certificate of occupancy' less than a month ago

Austin (KXAN)-“On Sunday was difficult. Yesterday was more difficult,” the mother of a family that exploded her new home, which incomprehensible, on her Facebook page.
